Well, I have been meaning to do the annual year-in-review photo show, but have been too busy. However, we are going on one of our random adventures and it will be the first for Kairis.

Another Christmas Post...

I know, I know! You might be thinking "another Christmas post?!"....I just had to post more pictures of our wonderful vacation over Christmas, because if I didn't, I know I'd regret it! My head just won't let me blog about the month of January until I wrap up December first! So, enjoy these pictures...apologies for how disorganized these are!

I still can't believe we were given the gift of celebrating Christmas at the Oregon Coast for the second year in a row....

What a treat! To be able to stay in beautiful accommodations for a whole week while leaving the cares and concerns of "real life" back home in Portland. Tim's family visited us over Christmas, partially to celebrate Tim's graduation on December 19th, and also to spend the holidays with our family. We enjoyed a beautiful oceanside resort in Seaside and were even more blessed by warm weather along the coast. Here are some pictures to prove it!

A few highlights:

-Kairis slept wonderfully for majority of the trip! Woot!

-Beautiful weather (in the 50's and sunny with little to no wind!)

-Swimming every day in heated pool and jacuzzi

-Playing in the sand and water on the beach with Kairis

-Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream from Tillamook Cheese Factory

-Yummy food

-Games with family

-Watching Kairis discover the beach and fall in love with it

-Date morning with Tim to Pacific Way Bakery

-Racing with Tim and Karen around the covered parking lot of Worldmark

-Attempting to set off the gate with just our body weight (yeah, you'd have had to be there...)

-Riding around on luggage carts
