Are we there yet?

So it has been way too long since we have updated and that is because life has just been so busy lately. I (Tim) have been working 3 school jobs as well as individual tutoring, starting a home business (Daddy T's Slings) and trying to finish my MAT as well!
Heidi has been training for a half marathon at the end of the month and Kairis has recently enjoyed watching airplanes fly by, running in the grass and her blankies. She is also loving her baby dolls giving them rides in the laundry basket, their stroller and in her sling, (not to mention she gets in their bed with them!) Parenting is great and we are loving it!
Recently we have been really looking at grace. what does it mean, how do we apply it in relationships? parenting? Personally, it really is quite amazing that God could love us so well and and offer a way out of our sin with a huge sacrifice, even while I was completely undeserving of it. We serve a great God!
Well, Here are some recent photos to enjoy. I titled the post the way I did because of this first one. She really likes getting in the driver's seat after we arrive at a destination and "steer" saying "bee-beee!" (beep-beep) It seems to fit the title well!

Kairis loves the camera and was "taking pictures" the tree was quite photogenic and had it's picture taken several times. All the while Kairis slams the camera against the bark proclaiming "theesse" ( telling the subject to say "cheese")

This was Mother's Day brunch at a very cool French inspired place in Lake Oswego.

Hanging out with the babies in their bed.

Trying on Mom's clothes...

Mother's Day Flowers from the Fairview Farmers Market.

Kairis' attempt at taking my picture.

Kairis washing dishes... sorta

Giving "rides" (dolls, toys, laundry, her favorite blankie, books...)

Trying on Dad's clothes

Hangn' out with Scout!
