Where to start?

What we've been up to the past few months...

Looking adorable in mama's childhood dress...

Playing with containers and putting lids on everything...(her favorite thing to do right now!)...

Gardening with mama...

Learning how to color with crayons...

Feeding ducks at the park...

Visiting Doctors after knee surgery...

Vacationing along the Oregon Coast with Tim's family...

Heidi showing Nathaniel how to "jump the waves"...

Loving cousin Nathaniel...(and enjoying rides in Daddy's wheelchair!)...

Enjoying a visit from Kairis' aunt Angel, Uncle Chris and cousins, Hannah and Nathaniel...

Potty learning...

Exploring the Gorge with friends who have sadly moved away...

Spending lots of time with my "GG" (great grandma)...

Making Valentine Day cookies for friends...(I love the pink converse!)...

Making new friends...

Aside from some of these details, we've also been very involved with our new church plant, Endeavor. This community continues to be a blessing to us in so many ways, and we are really enjoying the challenges and growth that come from living intentionally in Christ daily. Tim is working at David Douglas Highschool and Dexter McCarty Middle School teaching with AVID, as well as private tutoring on the side. As of this evening, he's also been hired to teach English to elementary South Korean students, via the web. It's quite an interesting and challenging position for him, and one that will give him some wonderful experience with International students. God has been providing for and encouraging us in numerous ways lately, and we are thankful for the prayers of so many of you as Tim's unemployment has been a bit daunting at times. Tim is recovering well from his knee surgery too, and is in physical therapy three days a week. Kairis is talking more and more and has expanded her vocabulary to two word sentences, like "hi daddy". She loves saying "no", "uh-oh", "car!", "go go!", "hi", "hello", "buh-bye", and "coat". She is just so precious and we fall in love with her more every day....

I'm continuing to train for my half marathon, and am able to run 5.5 miles continually. I still have a ways to go, but am working toward an exciting goal!

Well, hasta luego everyone!
