IKEA!!!!

Thanks for your prayers regarding the stolen computer, etc. last week. We really appreciate your support. We did not recover the items, however, God is good, and spared us from losing all of our pictures, and memories.
So, the big day is coming. Tim and I have been anticipating this event for a year now. Longer actually. IKEA Portland is finally here, and will be opening on Wednesday, about 5 miles from our home. Of course, Tim and I are super excited, as this is our favorite "big box" store of all time. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take 3 whole days off from work and camp out in front of the store like most Portlander's are doing right now....but, we do plan on visiting this weekend at some point. So far, it's the top story on the news here locally, (that doesn't say a lot), and we heard a rumor that they are even shutting down parts of the freeway temporarily due to the high volume of traffic this week. Craziness!! I will post a pic of our time this weekend...until then, stay sane if you are heading to IKEA this week. And, Happy Shopping! BTW, family in Kansas...be prepared...the next time you're out to visit, we are planning a whole day here!!! :)
